Chuck Duval (Nicknamed Ohnine) is a graphic designer for IFTomatoes. Sometime in 2004, IFTomatoes members Chuck and DJ joined with the owner of Teen-Oasis.com, Derik, to try and elevate the site. Teen-Oasis had been doing good but with server problems came a crash and loss of everything. Getting right back up after getting knocked down, Chuck and DJ decided to start their own resource site called Area09. The site was doing great. It offered PHP scripts done by DJ, and Graphic Designs such as web layouts, and forum skins designed by Chuck. At the same time, Chuck had been working for another site called GU2 Services. Chuck accepted an offer to sell Area09 and come work for GU2 Services. GU2 Services eventually changed to Omega Vortex keeping relatively the same staff. Chuck eventually left Omega Vortex and decided to just stay at IFTomatoes where he enjoyed it most.
