Trellis:Adding A Comment

To add comments to an existing ticket, log in as a Staff member, and go to the Admin Control Panel.

From there:

  • Either look at the Tickets Awaiting Action section at the bottom of the screen, or if it is not listed there, click on Management
  • From Management, the ticket should be listed as Open, select the ticket by clicking on it's name in the list.
  • This is the Ticket Homepage, where you can view all of the details related to that particular ticket.
  • Click Show/Hide Notes, this is where you can add any comments to the particular ticket: for example any diagnostics you try or any information relevant to the ticket.
