Trellis:Adding A Ticket Reply

To reply to a ticket submitted by a member:

  • log in with a Staff member account
  • look for the 'Tickets Awaiting Action' at the bottom,; this will display any tickets with no action taken on them.
  • Click on the desired ticket, then in the 'Send A Reply' box, enter the desired reply with any formatting, using the menu above.
  • If required, attach a file for diagnostics.
  • Click Send Reply.

The reply will then be attached to the ticket, and a email will be sent to the submitter.
