This is the screen you are taken to when you log in. From here you can:

Check whether Trellis Desk is up to date, as indicated by the image.
Make any notes in the ACP Notes section. This is useful for leaving quick messages for other staff members, perhaps referencing a ticket you have been jointly working on.
See the last 5 admin actions. This provides a quick overview of the activity. You can see whether any departments have been added, any logins, as well as changes to ticket status.
