Trellis:Manage Group Options

This is a guide to each individual option found in the Manage Groups menu.
[edit] General Information
[edit] Name
Self-explanatory, this is name of the group.
[edit] Ticket Center Access
This option enables or disables the group's access to the Ticket Center. Most people have it set to Yes, to allow people to submit and reply to tickets.
[edit] Can Create New Tickets
Specifies whether the group can create new support tickets===
[edit] Can Close Own Tickets
Toggles whether the group can close tickets they have opened.
[edit] Knowledge Base Access
Specifies whether group can view the KB.
[edit] Can Rate Articles
Toggles whether the group can rate articles in the Knowledge Base. It is important to check whether Article Rating is enabled or disabled in the Control Panel though. See Article Rating for information on how to check this.
[edit] Can Comment on Articles
Toggles whether the group can comment on articles.
[edit] Rate Staff Replies
Toggles whether the group can rate staff replies.
[edit] Change Skin
Toggles whether the group can change the skin (theme) of Trellis Desk.
[edit] Change Lang
Toggles whether the group can change the language of Trellis Desk.
[edit] Can Edit All Comments
Specifies whether the group can modify any comments on the Desk.
[edit] Can Delete All Comments
Specifies whether the group can delete completely any comments on the Desk.
[edit] Allow Ticket Attachments
Toggles whether the group can upload attachments to tickets, useful for diagnostic results, or for screenshots.
[edit] Max Upload Size
Specifies the maximum size of the attachment allowed in bytes. To remove any limits, leave it blank. You also need to make sure that the PHP memory size on the server is big enough. If you are unsure about this, check with your server administrator.
[edit] ACP Access
Toggles whether the group can the group access the Admin CP.
