[edit] Managing Members
First log in to your Administration Panel, and click the Management link on the blue navigation bar. Next find and click the Member Control link on the right. You are now presented with a list of all current members, including their group and ticket statistics. If you have alot of members you can search for the one(s) you want by opening the search box (click the search link).
If you click Edit you will be taken to a page with alot of options for the currently selected member. Once you are finished editing the member click the Edit Member button on the bottom.
