Trellis:Modify Account

To modify your account:
- Log into Trellis Helpdesk with your username and password.
- In the menu bar along the top, select My Account
- This is a summary of your account information, to change any details, click Modify Account
- From here you can,
- change your timezone
- change your language
- change the skin
- choose whether to use the Rich Text Editor or not
- adjust email notifications
- email type between plain text and HTML
- choose whether to get email notifications for New Tickets, New Replys, Announcements.
