Trellis:Submitting A Ticket

Submitting a ticket with Trellis Desk can be done by clicking the Submit A Ticket link in the blue navigation bar (top). First you will be asked which department the ticket should be assigned to. Then you will continue entering ticket information and you may receive a list of suggested articles before ticket submission is complete. Continue reading below for details.
[edit] Selecting a Department
The first screen will ask you to select a department. This is the department that the ticket will be assigned to. You should select a department that best fits the inquiry of your ticket. For example, a ticket regarding discounts on products should be sent to the Sales department.
Select a department by clicking the option button next to the department name or the department name itself. Below the department name you will find the department description. Once you have selected a department, click Submit Ticket to continue.
